We provide shipping across Ireland, including Northern Ireland. International shipments are available on request and are subject to additional requirements and charges.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via a temperature-controlled cold chain logistics network to ensure the quality and integrity of our frozen products. All deliveries are maintained at -18°C or lower during transit.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Bulk orders or custom packaging requests may require additional processing time. You will be informed of any delays in advance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. For large bulk orders, discounts may be available.
Order Receipt
All frozen goods are delivered in secure, insulated packaging to maintain their frozen state.
Upon delivery, we recommend immediately transferring the products to a freezer maintained at -18°C or below.
Inspection Upon Delivery

Non-Returnable Items
